AI Podcaster allows you to record podcasts with an AI co-host. You speak, the AI listens, responds, and speaks back using natural voice synthesis.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the service to:

• Create illegal or harmful content
• Impersonate others without consent
• Generate deepfakes or misleading audio
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or defame others

3. Content Ownership

Your Content: You own the podcasts you create. You grant us a license to process your audio as needed to provide the service.

AI Voices: AI-generated voice audio is created using ElevenLabs and is subject to their usage terms.

4. AI-Generated Content

AI responses may not always be accurate, appropriate, or aligned with your views. You are responsible for reviewing and editing content before publishing.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR AI-GENERATED CONTENT.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
